Safeguarding is part of daily care.

- Listening to children and taking their worries seriously

- Helping children understand complaints, advocacy and how to ask for help
Culture Of Safety
Children should know that adults will act when something is wrong.
A safe culture is built through everyday consistency. Children should know who they can speak to, staff should know what to do when they are worried, and leaders should make sure concerns are taken seriously.
We also think carefully about placement matching, stability and communication with professionals, so that care is planned around the child and reviewed when needs or risks change.
