Safety first
Safeguarding, emotional safety and stable routines are central to the way we support children and young people.
Young Angels Care Ltd provides nurturing residential care for children and young people who need stability, encouragement and trusted adults around them. Our work is shaped by safety, consistency and a belief that every child should feel known, valued and supported.

Our purpose is to provide calm, caring and structured homes where children can experience consistency, respect and encouragement. We believe residential care should feel personal, thoughtful and centred around each child’s individual needs.
We aim to help children build trust, develop confidence, understand their strengths and take positive steps towards their future at a pace that is right for them.
Safeguarding, emotional safety and stable routines are central to the way we support children and young people.
We believe progress is built through consistent, respectful and caring relationships with adults who listen and respond with care.
We encourage children to recognise their strengths, build confidence and work towards realistic, positive goals for their future.
Good care is seen in everyday moments — how adults listen, how routines are kept, how worries are noticed and how children are helped to feel safe and understood.
Children can begin to thrive when care feels steady, thoughtful and emotionally safe. Our aim is to create homes where children are not simply looked after, but genuinely known, encouraged and supported.
We want children to experience adults who notice the small things, take their views seriously and help them make sense of the world around them.
We want our homes to have a culture where staff feel supported to ask questions, reflect on practice and keep children’s safety and wellbeing at the centre of decision-making.
We aim to work constructively with placing authorities, schools, health services, families and other professionals where appropriate, so that care is joined-up and focused on the child.
